The ideal candidate will be enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy and will assist pharmacists with various pharmacy technician duties, contributing to patient care and pharmacy operations
Job Summary
Under general supervision of a pharmacist, performs duties of a pharmacy technician such as: filling medication orders, delivering medications, compounding sterile and non-sterile preparations, interviewing patients to obtain medication histories, etc.
Provides pharmacy services to the patient care areas and customers by performing clerical duties in the pharmacy to ensure efficient operations and performs duties related to medication ordering, receipt, stocking, and inventory control.
