This role requires translating brand strategy into a detailed, integrated launch plan covering objectives, milestones, resourcing, and KPIs.
The successful candidate will chair the launch core team and workstreams including Medical, Access, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to enable decision-making.
Responsibilities include overseeing omnichannel campaign readiness, ensuring MLR/PRC review compliance, and managing the launch budget with agencies and vendors.

Specialty care oncology or rare disease background

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
