Job Summary
As the Lead Bartender in our Mallard Lounge, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavors that are hallmarks of our restaurant experience.
Your responsibilities will include training new staff members, managing inventory and stock, and leading the bar team through service.
This is a full-time, permanent position with subsidized staff accommodation, complimentary meals per shift, and access to an Employee Travel Program.
