Job Summary

  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor to Leadership, acting as a consultant to Vice Presidents, Directors and Senior Managers by providing data-driven insights on complex organizational challenges and designing operating models that align with business goals.
  • Lead the performance management lifecycle and coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, change management, and succession planning to build business strength and minimize business continuity risks.
  • Partner on cross-functional HR projects that impact the supported business units, managing end-to-end organizational restructuring and workforce realignments.
