Job Summary
Manage a team of 4 – 6 team members and multiple key areas for global month-end close process including bank reconciliation, prepaid expense review, expense accruals, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Collaborate and coordinate with various business partners including Treasury, FP&A, and Accounts Payable teams for proper recording of transactions and support external audits.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation, and develop and mentor accounting staff to build their professional career and maximize potential.
