Lead the design and standardization of cutting-edge Bill of Equipment (BOE) and Bill of Tooling (BOT) that transform how we build vehicles.
Develop strategies to standardize equipment to meet future product requirements and monitor expenditures for cost saving opportunities.
Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to align on technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables, while guiding execution and plant engineers.

Deep understanding of general assembly processes
Proven ability to independently manage complex projects
