Job Summary
A Quality Specialist serves as a customer and quality champion for specific lines or areas of the retail business by analyzing customer feedback and connecting it to product and process opportunities in order to meet quality and business objectives.
This role is both vendor facing as well as Operational focused and supports and leads quality projects to ensure vendor compliance and overall performance to Miller Knoll Retails expectations.
Work consists of both independent and team focused work and includes, but is not limited to, supporting and driving resolutions to our quality corrective action process.
