Key Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years related experience in reconditioning or automotive service
  • 1+ year management or lead role experience
  • valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • ability to lift 1-30 pounds
  • knowledge of OSHA, EPA, MSDS regulations preferred
  • ASE certification preferred
  • industry certifications such as electrical and A/C preferred
  • OEM mechanical certification preferred
