Job Summary
The Claims Analyst will direct and oversee the company’s post-lost policies and procedures and ensure the compliance and continuous improvement of the program.
Responsible for directing the planning, design, development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures that assure accurate, timely claims processing and provider inquiries (written or verbal).
Analyzes, tracks and trends claims data in order to provide analysis of data / results along with action steps to ensure operational efficiencies are maintained.

Key Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
Extensive knowledge of claims policies and procedure
Experience in developing and tracking performance metrics
Experience with managing US & International Claims
Experience in training company management
Experience in managing claims within aviation logistic or equivalent high-risk industry
Experience with implementing loss reduction strategies
