Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD in Computer Science or related field
Expertise in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs
Proven track record in single and multi-agent system design
Proficiency in reinforcement learning and supervised finetuning
Deep knowledge of designing memory systems
Expert proficiency in Python programming
Experience with Pytorch and NLP tasks
Nice-to-have
Experience with deep learning model optimization techniques
Hands-on experience deploying AI models on mobile devices
Familiarity with quantization, pruning, and distillation
Knowledge of edge accelerators and embedded systems
Key Requirements
Currently studying for a PhD or just completed
Publication in top-tier conferences like NeurIPS or ICML
Masters graduate with relevant knowledge and experience
