  • Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II – Kidney Transplant In-Basket Nurse provides individualized, goal-directed care to transplant patients and families utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process.
  • The RN collaborates closely with providers, coordinators, and support staff to ensure timely response to patient communications, laboratory results, medication inquiries, and other clinical needs managed through the electronic in-basket.
