Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Audio/video system troubleshooting and repair
Installation and strike of technical elements
Lighting programming and design
Show control and special effects systems
Rigging and load calculations
Use of theatrical lighting consoles
Safety inspections and safe work practices
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of digital projectors and projection mapping
Experience with QSCDSP platform and PEAVY media matrix
Ability to train less experienced technicians
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather
Ability to fabricate custom electronic circuits
Key Requirements
5+ years related experience in audio/video troubleshooting and repair
Associates degree or vocational/technical training preferred
Proficiency with QSCDSP platform and PEAVY media matrix
Rigging experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
