Apex Group is seeking a Deputy MLRO/MLCO to support compliance functions and manage financial crime risks for client entities in Guernsey. The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience in compliance within financial services and possess a strong understanding of Guernsey's regulatory environment

Job Summary

  • The role holder will act as deputy to the MLCO, MLRO, and CO for client entities serviced by the Client Compliance team, providing continuity of leadership and oversight in their absence.
  • The individual will support monitoring, advisory, governance, and training activities, contribute to the implementation of robust compliance frameworks and risk-based controls, and hold the NO role to act in the absence of the MLRO.
