Performs a variety of skilled building maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs for safe and continuous facility operation.
Assists with preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems, and performs set, service, and strike tasks for various events.
Requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with mandatory overtime as needed, and may be asked to work outdoors or indoors on any ASM property.
