Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced, licensed legal professional with a minimum of five years in Pharma or MedTech to serve as an APAC Legal Counsel, responsible for managing all regional legal matters.
The position requires providing comprehensive corporate and commercial legal advice, including expertise in regulatory compliance, data privacy, IP, and employment law, while also managing external counsel, coordinating regional legal training, and actively contributing to the APAC legal network.
Crucially, the ideal candidate must blend legal acumen with strong emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and experience in agile methodologies and leveraging technology to thrive in a complex, VUCA environment.
