Job Summary

  • The Director of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for the integration and operations of all performance improvement functions and activities within NGMC Gainesville.
  • The Director will plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds of this hospital in an operative and safe working condition.
  • Responsible for all fiscal monitoring and reporting activities of the department.
