Job Summary

  • Drive product quality from new product introduction (NPI) through to sustaining production, covering everything from PCBA manufacturing to system integration and customer support.
  • Coordinate failure analysis with suppliers to determine the root cause of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Improve manufacturing operations processes and establish quality standards and key performance indicator (KPI) metrics to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of expertise in product quality, field quality or manufacturing engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience working with or for a Contract Manufacturer (CM)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus
  • 2+ years of relevant debug, validation, or test engineering experience preferred
