Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years data or software engineering experience
3+ years leadership or management role
Experience managing engineering team of 10+ people
Deep understanding of Apache Spark and Databricks
Expertise in event streaming with Kafka
Knowledge of modern data storage like Clickhouse
Nice-to-have
Experience within the financial domain
Hands-on design in Lakehouse architecture
Ability to rapidly evaluate technologies via PoC
Thriving in complex environments
Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
