Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Quality Engineering, or related fields
  • 3+ years' experience in transportation operations, logistics, supply chain execution
  • 2+ years' experience in quality engineering or operational quality systems
  • Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, 8D, DOE, and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Familiar with quality standard ISO 9001/14001, ESD standard, IATF
  • Experience with WMS and TMS is advantage
  • Strong supplier management capability and experience in performance metrics/governance
