Job Summary
Drive Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement within Monterrey's Plant in order to enhance its overall effectiveness and to achieve quality, financial, customer and delivery targets.
The role will be responsible to drive process harmonization, establish new and maintain existing performance metrics, set objectives, and develop and contribute to CI initiatives.
Develop, execute and lead Digital Transformation plan including (Power Bi, MES, Power Apps, Dashboards, I4.0).
