Serve as the main contact for Fort Worth PDC dealer and customer inquiries, resolving issues related to orders, claims, returns, transportation, and logistics.
Partner with various internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure timely communication, accurate information, and complete issue resolution.
Support National Accounts and participate in operational excellence initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
