CAE is seeking a Financial Business Manager who will lead a finance team in developing and managing financial forecasts and analyses to support military customers' mission readiness. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, alongside a solid background in financial management and government contract accounting

Job Summary

  • Lead and mentor a team of program finance group leads to develop and manage internal financial forecasts, complete estimates, and perform comprehensive financial analyses while promoting professional growth and development.
  • Partner with senior management across all functions to ensure successful program execution (meeting both internal and external goals and objectives) and develop Annual Product Line Plans for Key Metrics (Annual Operating Plan, Monthly forecasts).
