Job Summary

• As a leader of the Software Engineering team, you shape technical direction across multiple product verticals, with a strong focus on using AI and modern engineering approaches to accelerate product delivery, improve engineering productivity and raise the quality bar across our existing products.
• You set group-wide expectations for architecture, quality, security and operational maturity, while leading cross-vertical initiatives that reduce systemic risk and enable teams to move faster without sacrificing reliability.
• You partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Security and Operations leaders to sequence multi-quarter roadmaps, align investment to strategy and communicate clear, pragmatic trade-offs to leadership.
