Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for managing complex, high-priority programs that are strategically aligned with GREF's key objectives while overseeing day-to-day project execution and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • You will be accountable for driving continuous improvement and innovation across the program while managing multiple-interrelated project streams as part of overarching program supporting Global Real Estate & Facilities team's mission to provide safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable client's employees to innovate and delight customers.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in managing global strategic programs

  • Excellent level of English
  • Excellent computer skills and experience working with Asana, Smartsheets, Wockdocs, Quip, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodology including Lean Six Sigma
