Base: $117,000 - $175,400 USD (Atlanta); Additional locations: $111,000 - $197,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants

Workday Grants Management expertise
4+ years grants or financial consulting experience
Higher Education implementation experience
Full-cycle software implementations
Data conversion and integration support
Nice-to-have
Experience with Lawson, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
Knowledge of research or clinical trial solutions
Understanding of shared governance structures
Ability to mentor junior consultants

Key Requirements
4+ years Grants or Financial consulting experience OR operational experience in Higher Education
At least 2 full-cycle software implementations in the Higher Education industry
Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
Understanding of reporting and compliance requirements for government funded grants
