** The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture is seeking a Civic Engagement and Leadership Instructor to lead the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage and mentor staff. **

Job Summary

  • Provide leadership to the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program statewide, including curriculum development and review, state event coordination, volunteer and staff training, communication, and scholarship at the state level and beyond.
  • Develop new, and nurture existing partnerships with research faculty and extension personnel in the Division of Agriculture.
  • Provide supervision and support to 1-2 staff members.
