Job Summary

  • As part of the management team, the Operations Manager supports the Regional Manager by coordinating site operations, including sales, production, purchasing, customer service and managing a team to ensure that the site remains safe and environmentally compliant.
  • Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates performance of staff; reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval; performs staffing scheduling and managing day-to-date operations of the site.

Key Requirements

  • Solid quantitative skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work required hours which includes weekends and holidays
