Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $129,900 USD - $158,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $129,900 USD - $158,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years related experience
  • Global Payroll Sales or Pre-Sales Solution Consulting
  • Implementation of Global Payroll solutions
  • Consulting experience with technical understanding
  • Fluency in French, Spanish or German a plus
  • Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions
  • Deep knowledge of Global Payroll and HRIS highly desirable
  • Strong sales acumen with previous prospecting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to employ consultative techniques
