Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to become AIMS/NAARSO certified within one year
  • Ability to become CPO/AFO certified within one year
  • Valid state driver's license
  • General understanding of electrical wiring methods
  • Working knowledge of building/installation codes and OSHA regulations
  • Certification to operate mechanical devices within 90 days
  • Minimum of two years of maintenance experience preferred
  • Trade School education strongly preferred
