Job Summary
The Shipping Lead is responsible for coordinating daily shipping and warehouse activities to ensure accurate, timely, and safe outbound shipments.
This role provides hands-on leadership to the shipping team, manages shipping documentation within the ERP system, and supports inventory accuracy.
Candidates must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials up to 30 pounds while working in a variable temperature warehouse environment.
