Job Summary

• You will participate in recruitment, monitoring, and management of alternants including administrative follow-up, semi-annual evaluations, and communication with training centers.
• You will contribute to the skills plan follow-up in line with HR policy and operational needs, including training requests, session planning, administrative management, and reporting.
• The internship offers 4 to 6 months duration with opportunities to apply your training in an international environment within a modern and evolving factory, including housing and transport allowances and additional end-of-internship gratification upon achieving objectives.
