  • Administer, operate, and maintain storage and virtualized infrastructure services using Hyper-V, vCenter, Virtual Network machine (VNM), Rubrik, PPDM or other tools as appropriate and available, providing support ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3 in support of USAFE Non-Core Services.
  • Monitors systems performance and troubleshoots moderate to complex issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
