The Director of HR Compliance & Immigration is responsible for leading our global HR compliance framework, immigration strategy, global mobility programs, and statutory pay equity reporting obligations.
This role ensures compliance with international labor laws with respect to immigration regulations, mobility requirements, and global pay transparency and equity mandates — while designing scalable, future-ready programs that enable business growth and global expansion.

Base: $155,000 - $240,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: eligibility for bonuses, equity grants; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off

Key Requirements
