Job Summary
This role serves as the overall technical authority for OT/ICS cybersecurity across Power Generation, Transmission, and Green Hydrogen Production elements.
The manager is accountable for executing the cybersecurity scope to obtain final compliance from permitting authorities in Saudi Arabia.
The position requires a rotation schedule of 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years ICS/OT cybersecurity leadership
NCA ECC-1:2018 and OTCC-1:2022 compliance
HCIS Stage-4 regulatory delivery experience
DMZ engineering and network segmentation
Proof of Compliance (PoC) document management
Vendor and sub-contractor security oversight
Nice-to-have
ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert certification
CISSP or GIAC ICS certifications
Experience with NEOM Green Hydrogen project
Strong cross-functional team leadership
Technical fluency in SIEM and anomaly detection
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation)
15+ years leadership in ICS/OT cybersecurity on CNI-class facilities
Proven delivery through HCIS Stage-4 milestone
Deep understanding of ICS architectures including BPCS/SIS/SCADA
Working experience in KSA regulations NCA ECC-1:2018 and OTCC-1:2022
