  • Experience supporting automation platforms
  • Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder facilitation
  • Familiarity with automation delivery methodologies
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Deep domain knowledge in Finance Operations, IT Service Management, or Supply Chain & Procurement
