Supervises production employees to ensure compliant, effective, and efficient operation of process units and utility systems, modeling expected behaviors and championing Zero Harm.
Responsible for managing assigned production employees, achieving operation and production goals, maintaining accurate records, and managing overtime for personnel.
Performs regular line walks, oversees embedded contractors, and serves as the focal point for managing Safe Systems of Work on their shift.
