We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support and maintain insurance CRM applications, with a strong emphasis on SQL Server, database operations, and data analysis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring application stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution for business users across operations, sales, and customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for insurance CRM systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Support and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, including data issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors. Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reports. Investigate application incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes. Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation for business and regulatory reporting. Work closely with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide timely solutions. Coordinate with vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams for bug fixes, patches, and system enhancements. Assist with application releases, patches, and upgrades, including pre‑ and post‑deployment validation. Maintain system documentation, support runbooks, and incident records. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements, especially in an insurance environment.
