Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience with developmental disabilities or nursing home/home care
  • First Aid and CPR certification required within six months
  • SCIP-R certification required within six months
  • OPWDD Medication Administration Certification required within six months
  • CFDS Authorized Driver status required within six months
  • Valid NYS Driver's License required
