Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • GMP regulated environment experience
  • SAP S/4HANA and MES systems knowledge
  • Agile or SAFe methodology certification
  • 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 compliance
  • Team leadership in digital transformation
  • Regulatory audit and inspection support

Nice-to-have

  • Data analytics tools like Tableau or Spotfire
  • Machine Learning and AI implementation
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience
  • IIoT and AR/VR technology familiarity
  • Strategic planning for 3-5 year roadmap

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree plus 6 years experience OR Bachelor's plus 8 years
  • Minimum 5 years people management experience
  • Proven experience in biologics or pharmaceutical industries
  • Certification in ITIL, Agile, or SCRUM required
  • Experience leading regulatory inspections and audits
