Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years managerial experience
Veterinary medicine background preferred
P&L management and financial analysis
Staff recruitment and performance management
Inventory and equipment maintenance oversight
Nice-to-have
CVPM or CVBL certification
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration
Experience building culture from ground up
Strong social media and marketing skills
Ability to work evening and weekend hours
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role
