Job Summary
Partner with Discovery & Medical and Genomic Medicine leadership in the Americas to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide legal advice and training.
Draft, review, and negotiate strategic business agreements and transactions, applying legal and business judgment to proposed deals and relationships.
Advise the business on compliance, privacy, antitrust, and advertising/promotional matters, and support dispute and litigation management.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years post qualification experience
Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
