Job Summary

  • The Part-Time Floor Technician is responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet areas including offices, classrooms, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, stages, hallways and other public areas.
  • Essential duties include performing preventative maintenance on equipment, handling routine mopping, buffing, burnishing, vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, and extracting carpets.
  • ASM provides a dynamic working environment where employees are expected to be flexible and responsive to changes in the scope of their duties.
