Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Fluent German and English at C1 level
3+ years experience in banking or consulting
Experience with BPMN process modeling
Project management and stakeholder communication
Understanding of ITSM and digital solutions
Nice-to-have
PRINCE2, IREB or CAPM certifications
Systemic thinking and complex topic structuring
Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
Background in corporate banking initiatives
Key Requirements
