Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline OR Two years of hands‑on install/testing/validation/troubleshooting of mechanical, controls, and/or electrical infrastructure
  • Minimum of eight years of additional related experience
  • Strong working knowledge of commissioning processes
  • Knowledge of industry trends, project management and construction procedures
  • Knowledge of materials, methods and tools in construction
  • Knowledge of Method of Procedure (MOP) process and work notifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
  • Skilled in clear, concise communication
  • Skilled in stakeholder management
  • Skilled in managing project schedules
  • Skilled at using construction management software such as Procore
  • Skilled in using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies
  • Ability to analyze complex information
  • 75–100% travel across the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to rent vehicles
  • Ability to relocate within 1–3 months if required
  • Valid REAL ID (or acceptable alternative) required for travel
