Job Summary

  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend), spending 30% of time on management and actively participating in product development.
  • Be involved in hiring processes, onboarding new engineers, managing team dynamics, and providing continuous, constructive feedback to foster growth.
  • Redesign engineering work with autonomous agents, operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end, and build reusable agentic workflows and primitives.
