Job Summary
This role drives local Commercial Excellence initiatives at CSL Switzerland with a dedicated focus on Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM ownership.
The position integrates and develops the Customer Service function to position it as a competitive advantage while managing key customers like hospitals and wholesalers.
Candidates will lead a team of up to 11 headcounts and serve as a member of the Country Leadership Team reporting directly to the General Manager.
