Job Summary
The dietary aide is responsible for learning food service routines, setting up meal trays, serving meals, and preparing nourishments and snacks.
Essential duties include washing dishes, operating the dishwasher, cleaning work surfaces and refrigerators, and maintaining kitchen sanitation.
This role requires the ability to work in cooperation with personnel in all departments and participate in staff training.
