The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and warm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC system for resident info
Experience with bed making and linen changes
Familiarity with blood/body fluid exposure protocols
