Job Summary

• You will participate in valuation and consulting missions in various contexts: Transactions (price negotiation, transaction optimization, acquisition price allocation analysis), investment projects, legal and tax reorganizations, intangible asset management (brands, patents...), monitoring acquisition values (goodwill and intangible asset impairment tests...), implementation and monitoring of financial modeling plans, financial modeling (development, investment, financing, integration and synergies plans...) and economic analyses (competition, regulated markets...).
• You will work in a team within the framework of your missions and will quickly supervise 1 to 2 people.
