Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years corporate or in-house legal experience
JD from accredited law school required
Texas Supreme Court license or eligibility
Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
Strategic decision-making support for executives
Nice-to-have
Experience with joint ventures and health plans
Ability to mentor less experienced staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive identification of legal changes

Key Requirements
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required
Licensed by Texas Supreme Court or eligible

Admitted to State Bar of Texas or ability to apply
